Caithness ‘Sorcerer’ Paperweight

Caithness ‘Sorcerer’ Paperweight

This beautiful Caithness ‘Sorcerer’ glass paperweight is presented in excellent overall condition, with no chips, cracks or other significant marks.

The ‘Sorcerer’ design is particularly striking, featuring an intricate arrangement of sweeping, swirling forms in rich red, black, golden yellow and subtle blue tones. The layered glasswork creates a wonderful sense of movement and depth, with the vibrant colours appearing to flow and intertwine within the clear glass.

The bold colour palette and sculptural form beautifully demonstrate the artistic glassmaking associated with Caithness Glass. The highly polished surface allows the internal design to be viewed from different angles, making this an especially attractive piece for display.
